A Note of Appreciation

I have always enjoyed sending cards. In this world of technology with email and texting, sending a handwritten note is much appreciated and makes people feel extra special. I love getting notes in the mail!

My daughter’s life has been touched by so many wonderful people in her high school journey. These people have not only touched her life but have helped shape her future. From the beautiful friends she has made, to the amazing teachers and the caring staff she sees each day. In preparing for graduation and thinking of ways to thank these people, we came to realize there are NO gifts that can convey how grateful and blessed we feel. We made the decision to write thank you notes. Not quick little notes but thoughtful, prepared notes of appreciation. I mean how DO you possibly thank someone for guiding your path on this journey of life?

We have already started the process as we want to choose the right words and sentiment. We are using blank cards and some Hallmark cards with sweet sentiments.

Maybe you have been trying to think of the “perfect” gift like we have when maybe a note of appreciation is all you need!

Enjoy the day!

I often read the letters and notes my grandma sent me. jJust seeing her handwriting and kind words take me back to a wonderful childhood.
