Today I am sharing a recipe link to Epicurious. One of my favorite memories from working in a preschool were getting to know the families. I met some of the nicest people, very kind and caring folks. One of the moms made this salad for us during a training session and she shared the recipe with me. Everyone LOVED this salad! I like the dressing best of all. I use it during the fall on any kind of salad. It is really yummy on a green salad with roasted butternut squash. Give it a try, maybe it will even make its way to your Thanksgiving table this year!
