You can never get a cup of tea large enough or a book long enough to suit me. ― C.S. Lewis
Welcome to Wednesday! Take a few minutes to sit down, relax, enjoy a cup of tea and read a little!
I am sharing a well-loved, well-enjoyed, tried and true recipe with you! I found this recipe moons ago! I have been making this tea for over 20 years! It has been served at many gatherings and now with Fall approaching, you will find it in my refrigerator daily! Won’t you join me for a cup of tea? ENJOY!

Boston Iced Tea
makes a gallon but you can half the recipe
1 gallon of water
1 cup of sugar
1 can cranberry juice concentrate (I thaw mine before adding but you can add it frozen, just do a lot of stirring)
1 gallon sized tea bag or 16 regular tea bags
Boil a half-gallon of water, while the water comes to a boil; add the other half-gallon of water to a pitcher and place the cup of sugar in the water, the temperature does not matter. Once the water comes to a boil, remove from heat immediately. Add your tea bag(s) and allow to steep for 6 minutes. After 6 minutes, remove the tea bags and add to the pitcher of water and sugar. Stir, the heat from the tea will melt the sugar! Once the sugar is melted add your cranberry juice concentrate straight from the can. Stir and serve cold. DELICIOUS!
