Brussels Sprouts and Roasted Mushrooms

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place brussels on one side of a low baking sheet and whole, cleaned white mushrooms on the other side. Sprinkle with your favorite seasonings, I use garlic and onion powder. These would be great with some roasted garlic sprinkled in! Add a splash of olive oil and stir to combine. Place in oven and roast for 30 to 40 mins. If the mushrooms are getting too brown for your liking, remove them sooner. I like mine dark so I leave in the whole time. If you don’t like Brussels Sprouts, try this recipe! Roasting them takes the bitterness out!
