Happy Thursday! It looks like the Fall weather might be here to stay. The temps have dropped today and the wind picked up, a beautiful fall day!
The recipe today uses butternut squash. One of the yummy fall vegetables! It is very easy to prepare once you peel and cut it. It is also sold in the produce section of most if not all grocery stores already peeled and cut for you. It will make your house smell good and your stomach happy! ENJOY!
