Chicken Caprese Salad

Today I am sharing a quick healthy lunch idea that is light and delicious!

Chicken Caprese Salad

I cup cooked chopped chicken

1 cup chopped tomato

½ cup chopped mini mozzarella balls cut in quarters

¼ cup baby spinach chopped fine

Salt and pepper to taste

Sprinkle of dill

Sprinkle of onion powder

Mix all together. I put mine in the refrigerator for a few hours then served.
