Chile Verde Pork

Today I am sharing a recipe for the slow cooker. I adapted this recipe from a Six Sisters recipe for tacos. It is my husbands new favorite! It has so much flavor packed into it. You basic dump everything in and let the slow cooker do the rest. By the time it is done, you have a delicious sauce! My husband keeps the sauce for about a week (if it lasts that long!) and uses it in Enchiladas and he makes a rice bowl with it too. If you enjoy spicy food, this is a MUST try!! ENJOY!

Pork tenderloin (I buy them from Wegmans or Costco, you get two packs and each pack has 2 tenderloin in it. I use one pack/2 tenderloin)
½ onion chopped
2 garlic cloves crushed
Yellow bell pepper chopped and seeded
1 jalapeno seeded and chopped
4 oz chopped green chilies
8 oz tomato sauce
16 oz jar tomatillo salsa
1 tsp cumin

Place the pork in the slow cooker. Then just add the remaining ingredients, the order doesn’t matter. Cook on low for 8 hours.
