Chocolate Chip Muffins

First a little housekeeping! It is now much easier to sign up to receive my blog posts via email! Just click on the line under my heading that says “Subscribe to Gather to Enjoy by Email”. It is super simple after that. If you have any trouble with this just leave me a comment and I will be happy to help you! Thank you!

Today we have snow and it is still snowing! I love the snow. It looks like a Winter Wonderland outside right now! I hope you are also enjoying a nice day at home watching the snow fall! If there isn’t snow where you are, I do hope for a beautiful day for you as well!

It is the perfect day to cook or bake!  Today I am sharing a recipe from the Sandra Lee magazine. She has really good, quick recipes! This is one of them! I have been making these regularly since this issue arrived! I think using the buttermilk makes them so delicious! I slightly adapted the recipe for my family’s tastes. ENJOY!
