What I know now is that we’re all interconnected and that’s a really beautiful thing. We have links to everyone else in our lives and in the world. Different people have different journeys for different reasons. You can’t judge, but you can celebrate that there are connections everywhere.

Each year I entertain at the holidays starting with a Christmas Tea. It is no secret that one of my favorite things to do is entertain! Truly entertaining is all about connecting with people! I enjoy the baking/cooking, decorating and the fellowship with friends. All of that brings us closer together as people. We share our stories, our sorrows and our lives with those around us when we take a simple moment to connect.
The holidays get so busy but I feel it is vitally important in this stage of my life to make friendships / connections with those I am closest to. I also feel it important to connect with those I may not know. I enjoy listening to people’s stories when they freely share even if we don’t know each other. It inspires me!
Life is so worth living! Let’s all take the time to connect! Let’s put down our busy calendars and set aside time to enjoy small moments that make such a huge difference in our hearts and in our lives. Will you join me??
