Today I wanted to share some pictures of this weeks share from my CSA. CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture. I have been a member of this farm since it first started. We are in our 6th season! The farm started with 28 members and has grown to over 400 members!
Each week I go to the farm for my share and it makes me smile! I LOVE going to the farm and picking out all the fresh produce then bringing it home and creating in my kitchen! The colors are so pretty! The last few weeks we have been getting LOTS of tomatoes! I am still seeking a creative way to freeze the tomatoes for the winter! The last 2 weeks we have seen a spaghetti squash and a butternut squash! Can’t wait to make something yummy with those! ENJOY!
