Today I am sharing a recipe I received in an email from Spark People. I love avocado! This is super simple! It tastes so refreshing and delicious, the cucumber works really well with the avocado. This is a MUST HAVE at your Spring and Summer gatherings! I changed the recipe slightly for my taste. ENJOY!

Cucumber Guacamole
2 avocados
1/3 English Cucumber, peeled and chopped
juice of one lime
salt, pepper and onion powder to taste
Puree in a food processor until smooth and creamy! Serve with tortilla chips or raw veggies! ENJOY!
