Different way to Cook Chicken

I know I have shared many times how much chicken I cook and how I am always searching for a new way to cook it! This is my new go to for chicken! It can actually be a quicker way to cook chicken as well. I have re searched how to brine chicken and this is the way I have found to work the best. You use boneless chicken breasts and the chicken is cooked in 20 minutes and is very moist! If you have never tried it this way, give it a go and see what you think! ENJOY!

Boneless chicken breasts

Your favorite spices

Rinse your chicken and place in a ziploc bag. I place the ziploc bag in a bowl to make the bag sturdier and in case it leaks. Then fill the bag with warm water NOT HOT just warm. Simply add salt to the water. I don’t measure, I probably use several Tablespoons. Then allow the chicken to sit for 15 minutes. If you want it to brine longer, place it in the frig for an hour. I would not brine it longer than an hour. Once the time is up, COMPLETELY dry the chicken with paper towels. Then you want to rub the chicken on both sides with olive oil and sprinkle with your favorite spices. I usually use salt and pepper but sometimes I use salt, pepper and paprika. Bake in a pre-heated 425 degree oven for 20 minutes. Make sure the chicken has an internal temp of at least 165 degrees. Very easy, very delicious!
