Today I am sharing a quick recipe I created when I was wanting a dressing with Dijon mustard in it. We have a small French bakery down the road and we love the salad they serve. It has a very delicious dressing that I have tried to re-create many times. This recipe is similar and probably as close as I have gotten to the bakery dressing! I served it with a simple salad made of romaine lettuce, English cucumber and radishes. ENJOY!

Dijon Dressing
In a small mason jar, combine:
1/3 cup olive oil
3 TBSP salad vinegar
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp lemon peel
shake of onion powder
shake of dill
Put the lid on the jar and shake until combined. I leave in the frig and take out about 10 minutes before using.
