Good Wednesday to you! If you have followed my blog, you probably know by now that I LOVE salad and I LOVE coming up with new salad dressings/ vinaigrette! Today I am sharing my newest one! This vinaigrette has a great flavor, very clean and light tasting! It would be great over chicken as well! Give it a try! ENJOY!

Lemon Shallot Vinaigrette

1/2 cup olive oil

1/4 cup lemon juice

1/2  shallot, minced

1 tsp sugar

sprinkle of dried parsley, onion powder, salt and pepper

Mix in a jar until combined. ENJOY!
