Little Chefs Week / Chicken

Today I am sharing a chicken creation. It is perfect for the Little Chefs! It is quick, easy and has a mild yet delicious taste. They can help by mixing the marinade and after you place the chicken in a Ziploc bag, they can add the marinade and if they are older with close supervision they can even help cook the chicken! Parmesan Yogurt Chicken

1 package chicken tenderloins

1 regular container of non fat plain greek yogurt

Kraft Parmesan cheese

spices your little chefs like (I use salt, pepper and onion powder)

Place your chicken in a Ziploc bag. I rinse my chicken first. Have your little chef sprinkle some spices over the chicken, then sprinkle some of the Parmesan (not a lot but to taste). Set aside. Mix the yogurt with about 2 TBSP Parmesan cheese or more if you want. Place in the bag with the chicken and seal the bag. Then have your Little Chefs “mush” the yogurt into the chicken. Marinate in the refrigerator for 30 to 60 minutes. Remove from marinade (discard the marinade) and grill until cooked thoroughly. I used my George Foreman grill. ENJOY!
