Maple and Brown Sugar Pork Tenderloin (slightly adapted from Homebased Mom)

2 pork tenderloin

2 garlic cloves, minced

4 TBSP Maple Syrup

6 TBSP Dijon mustard

3 TBSP honey

4 TBSP brown sugar

2 TBSP Maple balsamic (from Secolari, you can use any balsamic but this maple adds to the great flavor)

Place your pork tenderloin in the slow cooker. Season with salt, pepper and onion powder. Mix the remaining ingredients in a jar and shake well until combined. Pour over the pork. Cook on high 2 to 3 hours. Soooo Delicious!
