Marinated Summer Chicken

Good Monday to you! I had no intention of posting today’s recipe but after I made it and tasted it I decided to share it. I simply took boneless chicken breasts, made a sauce very similar to my wing sauce and grilled it, very tasty! Give it a try and come back and let me know what you think!

4 chicken breasts

Sauce

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup Dijon mustard

1/4 cup water

1 TBSP salad vinegar or apple cider vinegar

Stir all ingredients in a small sauce pan over medium heat for 5 to 10 minutes. Let cool. Put about 1/4 of the sauce in a bag with the chicken and allow it to marinate for several hours. Then grill the chicken and marinate it while grilling with the extra sauce. DO NOT re use the sauce the chicken had been in for hours!!!! Serve with sauce on the side and fresh veggies, great summer meal! NOTE: I usually double the sauce when making so we have extra!
