New Chicken Meatball recipe

I had a different post for today but I created these meatballs tonight and wanted to share! As with a lot of recipes I did not measure but here is what I did, I took a big handful of fresh baby spinach, seasoned breadcrumbs (about 1/2 cup) and 2 cubes of red wax gouda cheese, placed it all in a mini food processor and blended well. I added all of this to a pound of ground chicken and made about 24 meatballs. I baked them for 30 minutes at 375. They were very tasty! ENJOY!
