Happy Monday! Today I am sharing an idea. Last week I wanted to give someone a gift from my kitchen. Since we are all trying to eat healthier I decided on fruit salad. I started thinking what to give it in and decided to try a pineapple! I felt it needed to have the top green part as well so I checked out a few videos on you tube and asked my husband for help. It was very easy for him to slice it then I just cut around the inside and used a spoon to pull the pineapple pieces out, made my salad and put it back in the pineapple. Very pretty display, easy and it makes two! I am making a fruit salad for my daughter’s grad party and I am going to use this idea! Enjoy!
