Today I am sharing one of my favorite ways to top a pizza. I wanted something different with the crust so I used an easy pizza dough recipe from Fine Cooking. See link below. The nice thing about this dough is, you can get 4 smaller pizzas with the one dough. I customized each crust for my family’s likes. ENJOY!

Once the pizza is done rising I make a very thin crust and then put Don Pepinos pizza sauce on top VERY lightly, just a coating. Then I sprinkle parmesan cheese, top that with fresh spinach, fresh thinly sliced mozzarella cheese, fresh sliced tomatoes, oregano, then a small sprinkle of Trader Joe’s Three Cheese blend. I bake the pizza at 400 for 20 minutes. ENJOY!
