Pork Ribs

Today I am sharing how my husband and I make pork ribs. They are very easy to do just need several hours in the oven. I buy pork ribs because I can find them in smaller portions. This rack was about 2 1/2 pounds. For the rub, I don’t measure. I put brown sugar about 1/4 cup, salt and pepper, onion and garlic powder, southwest seasoning, paprika. We prepare the ribs by removing the membrane (the white on the back of the rack) then we mix up the rub and spread it all over one side. We thoroughly wrap them in foil and place them in a preheated 300 degree oven for 2 hours and 45 minutes. Then open up the foil and pour BBQ sauce over the top. We used the Baltimore BBQ Company sauce, about 1/3 the bottle. Put back in the oven for 30 minutes. For the last 10 minutes we put the oven on low broil. ENJOY!
