HAPPY FRIDAY! I am excited for nicer weather and the weekend! Here is a quick, very easy delicious dessert I came up with! It is almost a NON recipe! I can’t give you specific measurements, more like instructions. It sounds odd but trust me it taste yummy and the consistency after it chills is cake like. Give it a try then stop back by to let me know your thoughts! ENJOY!

Strawberry Graham Dessert
1 sleeve graham crackers or more if you like
strawberries
Cool Whip
I used a loaf pan for this. Fit the graham crackers in a layer on the bottom then ice over them with the cool whip then sliced strawberries then another layer of crackers, cool whip, strawberries. You get the idea. Continue to build the layers, make at least 4 layers but you can make more. Then the last layer I did was cool whip then berries. place cling wrap over your dish on top of dessert then place something heavy on top, I used another loaf pan. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. The longer it sits the more delicious it becomes!
