Quick Spicy BBQ Chicken Sandwich

Today I am sharing a new idea for me. I had no intention of posting it but it was so easy to make and my husband really liked it so I thought I would share. ( this is why there are no pictures) I was searching different recipes to use my leftover Rotisserie chicken along with searching a few wing recipes. I came across a basic BBQ chicken recipe on Frank’s Hot Sauce website. I took the basic recipe which is 3 ingredients and created my own version. It is VERY spicy, you might want to start out with less hot sauce and gradually add more per your taste. My husband had it on a roll but it would be good without the roll and a side salad. Enjoy!

Spicy BBQ Chicken

Rotisserie chicken pulled off the bone, I didn’t measure but it was probably a cup or a little more

1 cup of BBQ sauce, I used Trader Joe’s Carolina Gold

1/2 cup Frank’s Original Hot Sauce, ADD LESS TO START unless you like very spicy!

1 TBSP Dijon mustard

1 TBSP honey

Mix all ingredients except the chicken, cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Then add the chicken, add more or less based on how thick you want it. ENJOY!
