Preheat the oven to 400. Snap the ends off your asparagus. I roast the whole bunch (I usually only buy one bunch) and use it throughout the week. Place on a baking sheet or baking stone with sides. Drizzle the asparagus with olive oil, then grate fresh parmesan right over the top. I don’t measure for roasted vegetables, just do to your taste. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes. MMMM!
