Today I am sharing another sheet pan meal like the one I posted on Monday with Salmon. I hope that this shows how simple these are to do and how they can make weeknight meals healthy and quick to get on the table! Also the clean up is very easy! The possibilities are endless! Sheet Pan Meal / Chicken
whole chicken cut into pieces OR buy a pack already done
green beans
carrots
onions
olive oil
salt, pepper, season salt
Place foil on a sheet pan and add your veggies. Sprinkle with your spices and drizzle with olive oil. Place your chicken pieces on top of the veggies, sprinkle chicken with spices and drizzle with olive oil. I add a little butter on top as well. Bake for one hour at 375 degrees! ENJOY!
