I am starting the week off right with cookies! Snickerdoodles! I have had this recipe for many, many years! It is tried and true and well-loved! I hope you get a chance to try these this week! ENJOY!

Snickerdoodles
Mix: 1 cup softened butter with 1 1/2 cups sugar, add in 2 eggs.
Mix then add to butter mixture; 2 3/4 cups flour, 2 tsp. cream of tartar, 1 tsp. baking soda and 1/2 tsp salt. Combine until smooth. Use your small cookie scoop to make into balls. Roll the balls in sugar mixed with cinnamon and nutmeg. Place on a parchment lined cookie sheet and place the sheets in the freezer for 15 minutes. Remove and bake at 375 for 8 minutes or until lightly golden brown around edges! MMMM Good!
