Still trying to hold onto summer with a peach recipe! This is so good and makes your house smell wonderful while it is cooking! A great recipe to use up the not so perfect last peaches of summer! It goes great over vanilla bean ice cream, yogurt with granola for a breakfast treat, over biscuits with or without whipped cream! ENJOY!
Spiced Peach Sauce
6 peeled and sliced peaches
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup sugar
juice from 1 lemon
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp nutmeg
Combine all ingredients in your slow cooker and cook on high for 2 hours! ENJOY!!
