Spicy Burger

Welcome to Thursday! We wake up to everything around us being closed for the day and not a flake in the sky! The temps aren’t bad either! We are still supposed to get a snow storm today, time will tell how bad. I hope you are staying warm and comfy where you are.

Today I am sharing a quick easy, spicy recipe! I came up with this recipe with what I had in my frig already. My husband loves all things spicy! I simply took about 3/4 pound of ground beef, added Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, southwest seasoning and Northwoods Fire seasoning to give it a nice kick! Made two patties out of that. My husband cooked them on top of the stove in a cast iron skillet. Once cooked, I put a roasted combination I had made ahead of time on top with a little salsa. I roasted onions, 3 cloves of garlic and a few jalapeno slices at 400 for 30 minutes. Then added a spicy jalapeno cayenne pepper cheese on top! Super Easy, super delicious! The pictures do NOT do it justice! What is your favorite way to make a burger? ENJOY!
