Strawberries are one of my favorite fruits! I was craving something sweet one day and created this cobbler recipe. It isn’t too sweet but just enough that you feel like you are getting a treat that’s healthier! I like to serve cobblers for gatherings , you can make them ahead of time, leave in the frig then bake when you sit down for your meal. They are so good warm! ENJOY!

Strawberry Cobbler
2 cups strawberries
1 1/2 TBSP sugar
1 TBSP Kraft Minute Tapioca
lemon juice
1/2 cup oat flour
1/4 cup oats
2 TBSP brown sugar
ginger, nutmeg and cinnamon
Mix the strawberries, sugar, tapioca and squeeze about 1 tsp lemon juice over the mixture. Place in ramekins, I used 2 larger ramekins. You can get 4 small out of this recipe also. Combine remaining ingredients and place over top the strawberries. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Mmmmmm!
