It is no secret, I LOVE salads! I also love salad dressing and I am constantly coming up with new ones to try! This is one of them! It is a sweet dressing with the best flavor! Tastes like homemade strawberry jam! It may sound very different from other dressings but it IS worth a try.

I serve this with most salads; but it is very delish with a salad made from romaine lettuce, spinach, red onion slices, strawberries, cucumber and tomato!

Strawberry Vinaigrette
½ cup strawberry jelly (jelly is important as it is smooth)
2 TBSP apple cider vinegar
1 TBSP olive oil
Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Store in the refrigerator. YUM!
