Sweet Tea

Everyday I make a pitcher of sweet tea. My husband really likes his sweet tea! For me I make a pitcher twice a week or more of plain decaf tea and I add lemon. I use many different kinds of tea. The past few weeks for the sweet tea I have used Tazo Black Tea which is a basic black tea. I’ve also used Barry’s Tea Gold Blend which is a bold Irish tea.

Add 4 cups cold water in a pitcher and pour in 1/2 cup sugar. You can add more sugar if it isn’t sweet enough for you. The most I would do is a full cup. Then boil 4 more cups of water on the stove. Remove from the heat when it boils and add 4 tea bags. Let it steep for 4 minutes. Then remove the tea bags and pour the tea into the pitcher of water and sugar. Stir to dissolve the sugar, let cool slightly then refrigerate. Super Simple! ENJOY!
