Thick Cut Baked Fries

Happy Thursday! Last night I made a very quick, easy, fairly healthy dinner. I had no intention of posting any of it as it was pretty simple. However, these fries were a huge hit so I decided to post. This is why you only see one picture and it isn’t even all the fries I made! They did not last long! Give them a try, I think you will enjoy them!

Super Easy, Pretty Healthy Baked Fries

I used 6 smaller potatoes and cut them each into four pieces. Put them on my stone baking sheet and sprinkled them with Red Robin Seasoning, onion powder, salt and pepper. Then drizzle with about a TBSP of olive oil. Make sure all of the fries get coated, I use my hands for this. Bake at 400 for 40 minutes, only turn them once. ENJOY!
