Today I am sharing another tried and true recipe. I have made this for parties and giving it away as gifts. It is very easy! Enjoy!

White Chili
2 TBSP vegetable oil
1 medium white onion, finely chopped
1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
2 cans cannellini beans, drained
10 ounce can chicken, drained
20 ounces Kitchen basics chicken broth
In a large stockpot, heat oil and add onion, saute until brown. Add next 5 ingredients, stir until well blended. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
