Happy Day! Today I am sharing a quick and simple recipe. I saw this recipe online but couldn’t find the original resource. I changed it slightly per my husband’s tastes. You can keep the filling on hand in the frig and pull out whenever you need a quick meal. ENJOY!

Oven Baked Tacos
Brown 1 pound ground beef, add 1 can refried beans, taco seasoning, southwest seasoning and one small (8 ounce) can of tomato sauce. Mix together and scoop into hard taco shells. stand them up in a casserole dish…Sprinkle the cheese on top and bake at 375 for 10 minutes!!!!!!
