For fast-acting relief, try slowing down. Lily Tomlin
Wishing you a slow paced kind of day!
In my home and within my whole family, we are all trying to eat a little differently! My husband loves burgers made with red meat. Since he is trying to cut back on the red meat, I made him these chicken burgers with my new Penzey spice, Barbecue of the Americas. He was skeptical but truly enjoyed this healthier version of a burger! I hope you will give these a try, they got rave reviews!! ENJOY!

Chicken Burgers
1/2 pound Perdue ground chicken
1 tsp Barbecue of the Americas spice
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper
Mix the chicken and spices and form into 2 patties. Allow to sit in the refrigerator for at least an hour. Cook in a cast iron pan. Once cooked to an internal temperature of 170 degrees, they are ready! Top with Pepperjack cheese and cooked bacon. Serve on a Sesame Brioche bun! MMM Good!
