Hello! All of the graduation festivities are done, what a week we had last week! I’m back in full swing for the blog now!
I am sharing a quick DIY decorating idea with you today. I love all old windows, doors, latches, etc. Any time I see an old window I check out the price, the older the better! I recently had an awesome junkin day and found 2 old windows for $5 each! This was a find! The person I purchased them from had 4 windows but had kept 2 and hung both on his porch with window boxes under them! Great idea! I have had my eye out for this size window for over a year for a future project but since he had 2 and they were a great price I got both. I hung one on my porch facing out towards my yard. I hung a pretty blue Welcome sign on the window and voila, easy decoration! You can change the decoration on the front per season or event, quick and super simple! I have gotten several compliments on it! My husband helped me by actually hanging it so it doesn’t fall with the wind. ENJOY!
