Frosted pecans

My kitchen has been well-loved the last few weeks and now I’ve moved onto the Christmas gifts from the kitchen! Today I was in the kitchen for over 4 hours making a few time-consuming cookies, all worth it! Today I am sharing a well-loved recipe! I have been making these pecans for so long now I can’t even tell you how long! They are liked by all and are very simple to make. I made them yesterday morning before my day got started. ENJOY!

Frosted Pecans

Mix 1 tsp cold water with 1 egg white and beat well with a whisk until frothy. Add 1 pound of pecan halves. Mix 1/2 cup sugar with 1/2 to 1 tsp cinnamon, depending on your taste. This year I added a few sprinkles of nutmeg with the cinnamon. Pour over the pecans and mix unti combined. Spread on a cookie sheet or stone and bake at 225 degrees for one hour.
