Today’s recipe is another creation from my kitchen! I created this for gift giving and it turned out very well! I hope you enjoy it!

Gingerbread Granola
Combine in a saucepan over medium heat and bring to a boil:
a full 1/4 cup brown sugar
4 oz container of applesauce unsweetened
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup molasses
Remove from heat and add in a tsp of vanilla.
Combine the following on a parchment lined baking sheet then pour the wet mixture over and combine.
5 cups rolled oats
1 cup roughly chopped pecans
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Bake at 375 for 20 minutes stirring every 5 minutes. Watch it carefully so it doesn’t burn. Cool COMPLETELY, then add mini white chocolate chips, I used about 1 cup. The only place I could find the mini white chips was Whole Foods market. ENJOY!
