Today I am sharing a new product! I follow Gluten Free Carla – Carla Spacher of Gluten Free Recipe Box on Facebook. She recently had a giveaway of these muffin mixes by Simple Mills and I was one of the recipients! The mixes came a few days ago, chocolate, banana and pumpkin. Today my son and I made the chocolate. They are very tasty muffins, I highly recommend them! Even if you don’t need to eat Gluten Free they are a delicious healthy muffin alternative! Unfortunately I forgot to take a picture before I sent most of them home with my son! My husband even ate 2 tonight! The mixes are all made with almond flour. ENJOY!
