Mississippi Pork

Happy Monday! Today is another snow day for us after a beautiful spring like weekend! I LOVE snow but I do hope this is the last of it! I am ready for Spring!

We enjoyed a beautiful Sunday dinner yesterday with family and a friend! I served another wonderful recipe that was shared with me years ago by my good friend Beth! Everyone loves this pork dish and it is easy because you put it in the crock pot! ENJOY!

STAY TUNED…..tomorrow I will share the dessert recipe from our Sunday dinner!

Mississippi Pork

2 1/2 pounds pork tenderloin ( I buy mine at Costco and use one and freeze the other for later)

15 ounce can tomato sauce

1/4 cup vinegar

1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

1/4 cup brown sugar

onion powder

1/2 tsp chili powder (I don’t use this)

Mix the sauce ingredients in a bowl with a whisk until combined. Add the pork to the crock pot and pour the sauce over the top. Cook on low 6-8 hours. YUM! I serve this with small slider rolls and the sauce on the side. ENJOY!
