Pancake Squares

but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength.
They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint. Isaiah 40:31

Enjoy your day!

Today’s recipe is super simple! I wish I had discovered this many years ago! I have always made many different treats for breakfast for my family. Pancakes is not something I make often, honestly, it isn’t the thing I do best! When I saw this idea from one of my favorite companies, King Arthur Flour, I had to try it! This is one of those, why didn’t I think of that ideas! You simply make a batch of pancake batter. You can use a box mix or your favorite recipe. I used the King Arthur recipe for Simply Perfect Pancakes. Pour your batter into a greased 9×13 baking pan. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. I added blueberries by putting them on top on half of the batter, this way half were plain and half were blueberry! You could also use a smaller pan to make them thicker. ENJOY!
