Today I am sharing an idea I have wanted to try for a while and recently did. If you make 2 bundt cakes and put them on top of each other it resembles a pumpkin. Since I love all things pumpkin, I had to give it a try. The bonus was I set out to create my own cake recipe but opted to try a Martha Stewart recipe for Spicy Pumpkin Bundt Cake and the results were well-loved by all! You can use a buttercream with orange food coloring to make it more like a pumpkin but I think it would make the cake too sweet. I used powdered sugar on it. You could also try a cream cheese frosting and add a little spice to it. ENJOY!
