Miracle at the Higher Grounds Cafe by Max Lucado is a beautiful, heartfelt, thought-provoking story. Chelsea Chambers is going through a break up with her husband. She and her children come to run her grandmother’s cafe after her mother passes away. The cafe has debt and the money Chelsea thought she had to pay it is gone. Spent away by her husband. Chelsea prays for a miracle and just when she is about to give up, things start to happen. She hires Manny who introduces the cafe to the internet and possibly a connection that allows people to ask God a question! People start flocking to the cafe. The cafe, Chelsea and her children grow through love,strength and much patience!
Do we all have guardian angels? Do we believe in angels? How do we believe blessings come into our lives? Reading this left me with some questions and it helped me answer some questions as well. This book leaves you feeling good! It IS worth reading! ENJOY!
