Sausage, Egg and Biscuit Casserole

Every good and perfect gift is from above. James 1:17

We all have those days, the days when we need a meal but aren’t in the mood to cook or don’t have time. You know those paper plate, disposable pan kind of days?!! This is one of those meals for me!

I recently saw a recipe for a casserole and bought the ingredients I thought I needed only to find out I had not saved the recipe and did not remember where it came from! I needed to make this dish since I knew it would be easy enough to get on the table the evening I needed a fast meal! I looked for the recipe online and then decided to make my own. To my surprise it turned out well! I do not normally make casseroles but sometimes they are a great go to. You will want to try this one! I sent some to work with husband the following day for his breakfast! It would be delish any time of the day! ENJOY!

Sausage, Egg and Biscuit Casserole
12 oz pack Grands biscuits, cut each biscuit in fours

½ pound cooked sausage (save yourself time and purchase already cooked, crumbled sausage from the grocery store, Wegmans sells it in the ready made pizza section)

Line a greased 8 inch pan with the biscuits and the sausage.

4 eggs whisked with ½ cup milk add in salt, pepper and southwest seasoning

Pour over the biscuits and sausage. Sprinkle with cheese. I didn’t measure cheese but used 1 to ½ cups.

Bake for 30 minutes at 425 let sit 5 to 10 minutes MMM Good!
