Today I am re sharing a tried and true favorite recipe! I thought this would be a great time to share in case anyone needs a quick last-minute gift from your kitchen! I have been making this over 10 years and it is well-loved! ENJOY!

White Chocolate Snack Mix
2 bags white chocolate chips
3 TBSP vegetable oil, you can use a little les than this
10 cups Chex cereal, today we used Rice and Corn mixed
1 bag pretzels, we normally use sticks but today we used holiday pretzels
1 bag M-n-M’s holiday colors
SUPER SIMPLE! Put cereal, pretzels and MnM’s in a large bowl and mix to combine. Melt the chips and oil together, we do this in a double boiler until smooth. Pour over the cereal mixture and mix well. Then spread onto wax or parchment paper and allow to set for about 10 minutes. Break apart and store in a covered container or ziploc bag! Makes a lot!
